My name is Keith Hirsch. I am a second-generation therapist, well-versed in Modern Psychotherapy, Shadow-Work and Contemplative Education.

When I was eighteen, I realized that my life’s purpose was to integrate contemplative training (in ethics, meditation and compassion) with our increasingly wild and interconnected world.

I offer youth mentorship, couples counseling, and one-on-one counseling.

My methods are straight-forward and direct, grounded in nearly a decade of training and experience at Naropa University, Boulder Jails, the National Center for PTSD, Tripler Army Medical Center and others. This is complimented by years of dedicated heart-mind training in the Buddhist, contemplative tradition.

I help create an atmosphere of safety, self-reflection, relaxation and transformation with my clients, and am honored to do so.

I employ best-practices like: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.

I empower clients by teaching them ways to practice mindfulness, compassion and self-reflection with the most challenging parts of their lives.
